The Most Inclusive Form of Art

Sitting in a beach town gallery, outside of my residential box, I'm surrounded by doodles and drawings I've done on the walls here. I'm squatting.

I have no job–for cash, I clean windows once in awhile. I sell paintings when I can. I'm homeless but I have faith that my intellect and my style will one day bring me a steady income. If not those tools, maybe my good looks can get me somewhere–that or my sweet ass!

This is my internet show where people tune in to hear about art events and see people mingle and listen to me talk and they watch some art that's been created. I don't focus my energy on painting or drawing like I used to–video is my art, but so is writing, performing, interviewing, editing and socializing. My art has expanded to include others. I'm looking for the most inclusive form of art I can practice.

I have a girlfriend who keeps trying to break up with me. Actually, it's more accurate to say we keep trying to break up with each other. We love each other, we're just trying to figure out how this lifestyle of mine can coexist with hers. Her life is normal: work, eat, sleep, buy. My life is more obsessive: concentrating my activities only on the fodder that makes ArtistFishbowl.

I'm hoping that one day weekends can be what saves our relationship. Fishbowling Monday thru Friday, 120 hours is how this project started out. I wanna stay with her on the weekends. We'll see, stay tuned.

ArtistFishbowl was not supposed to be about being homeless, but while I am, please come and be interviewed–AND BRING ME SOME FOOD!
